If you chose the Thecus n4100pro and want to upgrade the 256MB of RAM be aware that the machine requires some fairly specific RAM in order to work properly. Unfortunately its kind of old stuff and not too easy to come by. When I upgraded mine I used the Corsair memory linked below. Sticks that I’ve heard work include:

CORSAIR VS1GSDS400
Kingston KVR400X64SC3A/1G

Note that the first stick I used was buggy and while it took me some time to debut the issue (it worked at first) I then had to RMA it for a new stick. Fortunately I had the original 256MB piece to fall back on… you may want to keep the original piece rather than selling or trashing it.
